How partnering works

  1. Register

Tell us your machines, your part envelope and the alloys you run.

  2. Get previews

We email requests that fit what you have, each one carrying its price.

  3. Take the ones you want

Pay per lead. No subscription and no minimum volume.

  4. Quote directly

You get the contact and the files and deal with the buyer yourself.

Who qualifies

The list stays short so buyers get serious quotes and each shop sees requests it has a real chance of winning.

  • Machines in houseMilling, turning or both, running daily, not brokered on to someone else.
  • Aluminum is routineYou cut 6061, 7075 or plate regularly and you know where it moves after machining.
  • Finishing arrangedAnodize and plating can be subcontracted, but you manage the vendor and the lead time.
  • Reply inside 48 hoursBuyers judge the whole list by the slowest quote on it.
  • Honest quotingYou turn down what you cannot hold rather than quote it and miss.

Terms, in short

Nothing here is buried in a contract. The full terms go out with your first preview.

  • Price per leadSet per request and printed on the preview. It moves with part complexity and order size, so there is no single number to publish.
  • Exclusivity3 shops at most per request, and fewer when only one or two of you fit the part.
  • Bad leadsTell us within 7 days. If the contact does not work or the part differs clearly from the preview, we credit your account and it comes off the next lead.
  • The orderYours. We take no cut, we do not sit between you and the buyer and we never ask to see your pricing.

Questions shops ask

Is the same RFQ sold to everyone?

No. Each request goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose machines, envelope and alloys fit the job.

What does a lead cost?

The price sits on the preview, before you commit to anything. It moves with part complexity and order size. You pay per lead you take, there is no subscription and we take no percentage of the order.

What if the lead is not what the preview said?

Tell us within 7 days. If the buyer contact does not work or the part differs clearly from the preview, we credit your account and the credit comes off the next lead.

Do I need anodizing in house?

No. Most shops on the list send coating out. Say which finishes you can arrange and roughly how many days they add, and we will keep that in mind when we match.

Which countries can register?

Any country. Buyers can name a preferred region, so shops in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea and the rest of Asia see the requests from buyers who asked for them.
